LaDonna Mae Todd

LaDonna M. Panzer Todd, 48, of Emerson Avenue, South Bend, Ind., died at 4:25 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16, in Hospice House of St. Joseph County. She was born on Sept. 27, 1951, in Chicago, Ill., and had lived in this area most of her life. LaDonna had formerly been employed at Associates, and had taught ballroom dancing. She also raised afghan hounds and competed in dog shows, and was a P.G.A. coordinator.
LaDonna was preceded in death by her mother, Delores (Sundberg) Shehorn. Mrs. Panzer Todd is survived by her husband, Tim Todd, who she married in South Bend in November 1991. She is also survived by her father, Donald Shehorn of South Bend; her son, Michael Hancz of Lakeville, Ind.; and by a granddaughter, Ashley Hancz. LaDonna was an outgoing, energetic person who loved children and fishing. She was a loving, giving person who placed her family and friends before her.
Committal services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 21, in the Mausoleum Chapel at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Entombment will follow. Memorials may be made to the St. Joseph County Humane Society. The Bubb Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
