SOUTH BEND - Wendy Jo Allriedge, 44, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2008 in her home. Wendy was born on May 18, 1964 to William and Maxine (Stephens) Ferency. She was preceded in death by her stepdaughter, Erin Allriedge in 2002. On September 18, 1993 she married James Allriedge in South Bend, he survives along with her parents, William and Maxine; two stepchildren, Joshua (Ashley Geoghan) Allriedge of Osceola, Ashley (J.D. McPhail) Allriedge of Mishawaka; and four step-grandchildren, Isaiah and Noah Gonzales, Isabelle Allriedge, and Mya McPhail; sister, Debra (Bill) Gertz of Annapolis, MD; brother, Mark (Teresa) Ferency of South Bend; mother and father-in-law, Richard and Janet Allriedge of South Bend; four sisters-in-law, Susan (Mark) Lichnerowicz of North Liberty, Debra (Mike) Wheeler of Granger, Jayne (Bill) Monahan of South Bend and Cynthia McFarland of Mishawaka; and many nieces and nephews, and her special friend, Diane. Wendy worked at North American Sign as a Human Resource Manager. She graduated in 1982 from LaSalle High School. Wendy also graduated in 2001 from Bethel College where she was currently working on her MBA. Wendy was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, and the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM). Wendy was a talented artist. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, working crossword puzzles, music, dancing and shopping with her mom. She also loved traveling and going on cruises, but above all, she loved her family!
