Marcel was born February 23, 1963 in South Bend, Indiana.  She is survived by her parents, Morris and Joyce Redding; two sisters, Renee` Redding and Denise Redding; two brothers, Morris Redding Jr., and Thomas (Tony) Redding.  Marcel was married to Michael Wilkerson of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She was employed as a Customer Service Advocate for Express Scripts Inc. in Indianapolis, Indiana. In addition, she worked as a Night Auditor for Hyatt Regency Hoteling Indianapolis for 11 years. Marcel graduated from LaSalle High School in South Bend and received an Associate of Art Degree in Retail Merchandising from Bryant Stratton College, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She was a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews. She loved arts and crafts. Marcel's husband was in the Navy so she lived in Connecticut, San Diego and Hawaii.
