September 6, 1953 – November 30, 2016

Scotty D. Ciesielski, 63, passed away November 30, 2016, after a long illness. He was born in South Bend on September 6, 1953 to the late Marion and Wanda Ciesielski.
Survivors include two sons, Matthew and Shawn Ciesielski; brother, Gary (Mary) Ciesielski of Lafayette, IN; and many friends. He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Cheryl Wroble.
Per his request, cremation will take place, with no services.
