Nancy Elizabeth Shurn

Nancy Elizabeth Shurn was born in South Bend, Indiana on December 3, 1955. She went to be with the lord on April 8, 2016.

She had eight sisters, Patricia, Roberta, Diana, Marilyn, Debra, Terrion, LaGatha and Barbara and one brother, Lorenzo. Nancy attended and graduated from LaSalle High School in South Bend. She continued her education at Southwestern College and received her Associated Degree. Nancy worked as a ward clerk at the LaJolla V.A. Hospital. She retired after fourteen years of service.

Nancy met her husband LeRay in high school, and became high school sweethearts. They were married December 28, 1974. Nancy is survived and will be remembered by her husband LeRay Shurn Sr., only son Ray Shurn Jr., all eight sisters, one brother, her father Robert Lewis, and a host of other family and friends.
