MISHAWAKA - Joseph Lee Horrall Jr., 58, of Mishawaka, IN, died at 6:40 a.m. Thursday, July 8, 2010, in his residence following an illness. Joe was born February 7, 1952, in South Bend, to the late Joseph L. and Gladys (Wigent) Horrall, and was a lifetime area resident.

On April 7, 1979, in South Bend, he married Toni L. Pullman, who survives. Also surviving are a sister, Linda Blanchard (Mike) of Niles, MI; two brothers, Keith A. Horrall (Pam) of Walled Lake, MI, and Dennis Horrall (Janus) of South Bend; 22 nieces and nephews.

Joe was a 1970 graduate of the former LaSalle High School, South Bend. Following graduation, Joe honorably served in the United States Army where he became a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. After the military, he worked for The Torrington Company, and then began a long career with Elkhart Brass Mfg. as a CNC programmer.

Joe was a well-liked individual who loved IU basketball, nature, children, fishing and hunting. He was an avid woodworker and enjoyed making stained glass. He will be dearly missed.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 12th, in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home, 521 N. William St. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 until 6 p.m. today, July 11th, in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
