Kimberly Ann Blech

Jul. 13, 1965 - Apr. 22, 2021

Kimberly Ann Blech, 55 years old, passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Memorial Hospital.  Kim was born in South Bend on July 13, 1965 and raised by her stepparents Gene Martin and Robert Oliver, who preceded her in death. Also preceding Kim in death is her sister Elizabeth “Liz” Yaw.

Kim is survived by her brother-in-law, Larry Yaw and nephew Justin Yaw of South Bend.  She also left behind many friends to cherish her memory.

Kim had her own design business and worked at the St Joseph County Library and taught at Ivy Tech.  She loved her cats, design work and making pottery.

A Memorial Service celebrating Kim’s life is being planned for a later date.  Palmer Funeral Home – Guisinger Chapel will be assisting the family with arrangements.
