Otis W. Black, 58, of Indianapolis, passed away at his home on Tuesday, May 2, 2006.
He is survived by his wife Marilyn and Sons Trevor and Damon, all of Indianapolis.
At his request, private services will he held. Memorial contributions may be made to Ruth Lilly Hospice, P.O. Box 1367, Indpls, 46206. Harry Moore Family Mortuary entrusted with arrangements

I wanted to discuss my father, Otis William Black Jr., who graduated from LaSalle High School in 1967. Before that, he attended Central High School in South Bend during his freshman and sophomore years and then completed his junior and senior years at LaSalle.
I believe he played football, track and field, and baseball, although I'm not entirely sure about all the sports he participated in. Sadly, he passed away from pancreatic cancer on May 2, 2006.
