Amy K. Ferrell, 62, of Culver, Indiana passed away April 14, 2017 at Miller's Merry Manor in Culver.

Amy was born to Joseph and Helen (Manuel) Studon on July 24, 1954. She was a graduate of the LaSalle High School in South Bend. She was a dietary clerk for Trail Point Village in South Bend.

Amy enjoyed crossword puzzles, fishing, being outdoors, and watching The Golden Girls on TV. Her favorite thing was spending time with her grandchildren. She was of the Lutheran faith.

Amy is survived by her son Jesse Studon of South Bend; daughter Jennifer (Adam Krom) Studon of South Bend; step children William, Johnathon, and Brandi Ferrell of Florida; brother John Studon of Portage, MI; sister Susan (Don) Master of Culver; and 10 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

As cremation has tanek place, a time of visitation will be held at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Culver, on Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Steve Schumerth will officiate memorial services at 12:00 pm at the church. Memorials may be given to the family for the employees of Miller's Merry Manor, Culver. The Odom Funeral Home of Culver, is caring for the family.
