Michael Crawford
June 7, 1958 - June 8, 1992
SOUTH BEND - Michael Crawford, 34, of 309 N. Huey St., died at 2:20 p.m. Monday in St. Joseph's Medical Center after an illness.
Mr. Crawford was a former cook at Ryan's Restaurant, Mishawaka. He was born June 7, 1958, in Chicago, and had lived in South Bend since 1963, coming from Chicago.
He is survived by a daughter, Mary Michelle Crawford of Tennessee; his mother: and stepfather, Mary and David Lewis of South Bend; four sisters, Jackie Crawford, Cynthia Crawford, Betty Crawford and Elaine Crawford, all of South Bend; two brothers, Calvin and Layman, both of South Bend; and his maternal grandfather, Jake Garth of South Bend.
He was a member of Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church and a graduate of LaSalle High School.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Clark's Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9. p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
