SYRACUSE — Deb J. Neeley, 49, died at 12:10 p.m. Thursday in her home.

Survivors include her husband, Blake; mother, Betty Goetz of South Bend; two sons, K.P. Bernicky of Claypool and Braxton Neeley of Syracuse; a daughter, Jessica Bernicky of Ft. Wayne; and two sisters, Carol Lotinaski of South Bend and Margaret Sukbe of Chesterton, IN.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Washington Union Cemetery. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
