SOUTH BEND, IN - Bernard passed away in Venice, FL. He was born in South Bend, IN to Benedict R. & Elsie M. Leyba and is survived by brothers, Michael (Josh Patrick) Leyba of Fort Myers, FL, John Leyba & James (Angelique) Leyba both of South Bend, IN.

He was preceded by his father, Benedict R., & brothers, Benedict J. & Gerald R. Leyba.

Barney was a brick layer who enjoyed auto racing, scuba diving, Chicago Cubs baseball & Chicago Bears football.

Celebration of Life is at Army & Navy Union Garrison #146, 1121 W. Western Ave., South Bend, Sat., Nov. 24, from 2-6pm.
