Donna M. Lawson

Donna M. "Marty" Lawson, 34, of Lawndale Avenue, South Bend, Ind., died at 7 a.m. on June 11, in her residence.
She was born in Niles, Mich., Aug. 22, 1963, and had lived in the area all her life. Marty graduated from LaSalle High School in June 1982 and was a member of the LaSalle Singers. She was a member of the First Brethren Church of Ardmore for 20 years where she enjoyed singing in the choir. She had been employed as a waitress at Pasquale Rulli's Italian Restaurant for 13 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Ann Lawson of South Bend; her parents, Carl and Donna Lawson of Avon Park, Fla.; sisters, Cheryl Ennis, Connie Lawson and Cathy Brown, all of South Bend; and by four brothers, Charles Lawson, Carl Lawson, both of South Bend, Clifford of Mishawaka, Ind., and Christopher Lawson of Osceola, Ind.
Friends may call from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, Main Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Monday in Brethren Church of Ardmore, South Bend, with Pastor Russell Gordon officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, Ind.
