Raymond E. Johnson, 48, residing in South Bend, passed away Sunday morning May 17, 2015 in his home. He was born August 22, 1966 in South Bend to Gerold Glen and Joan (Miller) Johnson and has remained a lifelong area resident.

Ray was a graduate of Northern Institution of West Palm Springs, FL. He is survived by his partner, Robert Deranek of South Bend; mother, Joan Johnson of South Bend; sisters, Kelly (Raymond) Smith and Jill Andrzejewski, both of South Bend; and brothers, Gary Johnson of South Bend and Chris Johnson of Rockville, IN. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerold Johnson; and one sister, Peggy Johnson.

Funeral services for Ray will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday, May 21, 2015 in the Palmer Funeral Home - Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend. Rev. Greg Crump will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 - 7:00 pm Thursday in the funeral home prior to services.
