Joseph Anthony Rodick, 65, passed away Friday, April 17, 2026 in Memorial Hospital.
Joe was born on September 16, 1960 in South Bend to Donald “Dutch” and Elizabeth “Betty” (Reiter) Rodick. They preceded him in death along with three brothers Donald “Dutch” Rodick, Bob “Bird Dog” Rodick and Steve Rodick, and a sister-in-law Julie Rodick.
Surviving are a daughter Brittany Rodick, two grandchildren Trae and Kayleigh, a sister Christine (Randy) Pullin and two brothers Greg Rodick and Doug (Kathy) Rodick.
Joe graduated in 1979 from LaSalle High School and worked for over 35 years for Curtis Products as a shipping / receiving supervisor. He played softball for St. Anthony’s and German Club as well as bowled for the “Outlaws” at St. Anthony’s.
Joe bravely fought Wilson’s disease, heart disease, and cancer with grace and dignity, sprinkled with generous doses of humor. He will always be remembered for his smile, wit, and tender heart.
Visitation will take place on Friday, April 24, 2026 from 4-8 in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am Saturday, April 25, 2026 in Holy Cross Catholic Church. Burial will folow in Highland Cemetery.
