MISHAWAKA - Adam M. "Bud" Fugate. 20. of 4410 Hickory Village, drowned at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in Lake of the Woods, Bremen.

Mr. Fugate was employed for Omega Products in Bremen. He was born Sept. 20, 1973, in South Bend and was a lifelong resident.

Surviving are his companion, Terri Heminger with whom he lived; two sons. Jonathon and Joseph Fugate, both at home; his parents, Adams and Joann Fugate of South Bend; a brother, Brandon of South Bend; and his maternal grandmother, Delores Kendall of South Bend.

He attended LaSalle High School.
