Loressa Cambell (Chrapliwy)

Loressa Jean Chrapliwy, known affectionately as Loressa, was a beloved mother, wife, and friend who left an indelible impression on everyone she met. She was a remarkable woman who combined her compassionate spirit with her professional work as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), bringing light and laughter into the lives of those she cared for. Born on April 21, 1954, in South Bend, Indiana, Loressa lived a life filled with love, service, and memorable adventures.

Her love for her family was as profound as her love for her profession. My mother, Loressa, was a woman of strength and resilience, a pillar of support for our family, always there for us with her comforting presence and wise words. As Maya Angelou once said, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." And my mother, she made us feel loved unconditionally. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Moore and Geraldine DeBerry, her brother Larry Campbell, and her beloved daughter Landrea Hurt.

Loressa is remembered lovingly by her son, Christopher and daughter-in-law, Marty. She also leaves behind her widower, Gilberto Hinojosa, who shared many precious years of love and companionship with her. Loressa's legacy of love, kindness, and dedication to her family and profession will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
