SOUTH BEND — David M. Yuhasz, 51, of Hollyhock Road, died Thursday in Memorial Hospital of natural causes.

Survivors include his wife, Jenny; three daughters, Jane Yuhasz,Sarah Yuhasz and Emily Castaneda, all of South Bend; a son, Allen of South Bend; and two brothers, Frank of Mishawaka and Larry of South Bend.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., where friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday
