Michael Jeffery Bukowski

June 5, 1957 ~ September 13, 2021 (age 64)

Michael Jeffery Bukowski "Mikey Bo", 64, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 13, 2021. He passed peacefully, surrounded by his family. 

Mike was born in South Bend, IN on June 5, 1957. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joan Elizabeth (Varga) Bukowksi and Walter John Bukowski, Sr.

Mike graduated from LaSalle High School in 1975. He worked at numerous RV manufacturers as a Site Tech. 

Mike is survived by his brothers, Walter (Michele) and William Charles (Vicki); nieces Shannon (Brad) Ard, Heather (Chad) Call, Mary (Derrick) Mitschelen, Becky (Jared) Emery and Rachel Bukowski; nephews Bill Bukowski and Daniel Bukowski; as well as many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. 

Mike was a very active member of ZB Falcons Nest #80, earning Gold Legion of Honor. In addition to being chairman of the fish fry for over three decades, he served on the Board of Directors and cooked for many club events. Mike enjoyed bowling with the Falcons, Indy Car and NASCAR races, Purdue football and spending time with his family and friends. 

The family would like to thank Memorial Hospital's Heart and Vascular Center for their kindness and compassion shown to Mike and our family during this very difficult time. 

Mike will be greatly missed, but we find solace in knowing he is reunited with his mom and dad in Heaven. 

The family has requested that in lieu of flower, contributions may be made in his honor to ZB Falcons Nest #80 Building Fund or Pet Refuge, Inc.
