Denise M. (Kovach) Weaver

MISHAWAKA — Denise M. Weaver, 43, of 13336 New Road, died at 9:40 a.m. Monday, May 1, 2006, in Hospice House, South Bend. Denise was born February 1, 1963, in South Bend, to Dennis and Kathryn (Moore) Kovach.

She married Charles A. Weaver on July 8, 1995, in South Bend. Charles survives in Mishawaka, along with a son, Maxwell Weaver at home, and a daughter, MacKenzie Weaver, also at home;a stepsister, Lisa (Jeff) Remus of Goshen; her father and stepmother, Dennis and Lindy Kovach of Osceola; and her grandparents, Thomas F. and Buena V. Tykas of Elkhart.

Denise was preceded in death by her mother, Kathryn Kovach.

A memorial service for Denise will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 8, 2006, in the Community Gospel Church, Bremen. Officiating will be the Rev. Wayne Gerber and the Rev. Ron Young. Cremation has taken place at Elkhart Cremation Services.

Denise was employed as a waitress at Heinnies Back Barn in Elkhart for the past 15 years. She graduated in 1981 from LaSalle High School, South Bend, and also graduated from the Vogue Beauty College, Mishawaka.
