James A. Minne Jr
James A. Minne Jr., 55, of South Bend, Indiana passed away at 10:05 a.m. Saturday, December 9, 2023 in his home. James was born on August 15, 1968 in Nuremberg, Germany to James A Minne, Sr. and MaryAnn (McKeen) Minne, who both preceded him in death. James was currently employed as an Electrician at Martell Electric in South Bend.
On September 15, 2012, in Mishawaka, he married Atara S. Lower, who survives. He is also survived by one daughter, Kylee Bridwell of South Bend, Indiana; one son, Chase Bridwell of South Bend, Indiana; his brother, Tim Minne of South Bend, Indiana; his cousin Lisa (Mike) Floor of Niles, Michigan; three nephews, Parker Minne, Zak Minne and Ryan Floor; and one niece, Makayla Floor.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2023 in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, Indiana, where a visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. James was a graduate of LaSalle High School and received an Associate’s Degree from South Bend JATC Associates. He was a member of the IBEW Local #153 where he was a former teacher and vice president. James was also a member of the Maennerchor Club, HOG Chapter, and the We Together Chorus Group.
