Robert “Bob” Dale Tirotta, 60, passed away suddenly Saturday, June 4, 2022 at his home.

He was born November 9, 1961 in South Bend to Frank F. Tirotta and the late Judy Kay (Bunch) Tirotta. He was also preceded in death by his stepmother, Melodie Holowko.

Bob graduated from LaSalle High School, Class of 1980. He then went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton and Okinawa. He also loved fishing, camping, and watching movies. He was a talented artist, and was able to read many books in a single day.

Left to cherish his memories include his father, Frank Tirotta of Mishawaka; a son; Robert Vincent Tirotta of South Bend; three sisters, Tonya Letherman of Mishawaka,Tammy Ambs (Tim) of Niles, Michigan, Theresa Tirotta of Elkhart; a stepbrother; Greg Reese of South Bend and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Palmer Funeral Home- Bubb Chapel, 3910 N Main St, Mishawaka with Pastor Mario L. Sims officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Military Honors will be rendered following the services by The US Marine Corps, American Legion Post 360 and the South Bend Marine Corps league, St Joseph Valley Detachment 095.
