SOUTH BEND - Ricky Horvath, 51, of 26720 Highway 20 West, died at 10: 15 a.m. Friday in his home. He was born on May 27, 1958, to the late Joseph J. and Delores (Riffle) Horvath.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Horvath.

He was formerly employed at AM General in Mishawaka and Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Rick graduated in 1976 from LaSalle High School, South Bend. Ricky enjoyed going fishing.

Survivors include sons, Rick Horvath of Mishawaka and Eric Horvath of Buchanan; two grandchildren; a brother, Joe (Evelyn) Horvath of South Bend; sisters, Sandra (Richard) Breden of Elkhart, Nancy Peppers and Margaret Horvath, both of South Bend, and Brenda Hubba of Florida; two special friends, Mow and Cassidy, both of South Bend; nieces and nephews, Joe Horvath, Cindy Brown, Kenny Horvath, Teresa Reeves, Walter Peppers, Joyce Musopole, Faith Ann Dameron, Richard Braden Jr., Larry Peppers Jr. Christine Williams, Crystal Star Horvath, Kenny Horvath, Clint Horvath, Paul Conway, Shawn Caplinger, Kristy Caplinger and Christopher Williams.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 9th, in the home of Nancy Peppers, 56130 Oak Road, South Bend, IN. Elkhart Cremation Services, where cremation will take place, is assisting the family with arrangements.
