Carlos Kizer, 69, of South Bend, IN was released of life on December 11, 2020 at Memorial Hospital following an incident at Cardinal Nursing Home resulting in an irreversible head injury.

Carlos, self-employed, was born in South Bend, IN on September 24, 1951. He was a La Salle High School graduate, then continued his education at Indiana Vocational College receiving a Machinist Certification.

He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Monica, grandson Lonell, sister Elissa, nephew CJ Williams and family, many loving cousins, and many close friends.

Carlos is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Kizer, father Thirston Kizer, grandmother Alice Bibbs and uncles Billy, Andy and Robert Bibbs.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Alfords Funeral Home, 1222 Napier St., Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 3:00 PM.
