LYNNE M. SEVERNS

Lynne M. Severns Feb. 22, 1954 - May 26, 2014 AKRON - Lynne M. Severns, 60, died at 10:30 am Monday, May 26, 2014, in her residence. She was born on Feb. 22, 1954, in South Bend, IN, to the late Howard A. and Grace A. (Ammons) Scanlon.

She married Roger D. Severns on Oct. 18, 1980, in Rochester, IN. He survives in Akron. She is also survived by son, Shawn (Brandi) Severns of Indianapolis, IN, granddaughter, Ava Severns, and sister, Marcia Elsbury of Mishawaka, IN. Lynne was a nurse at the Logansport State Hospital.

She was a graduate of LaSalle High School and well as Ivy Tech and Ancilla College.

Following her wishes, no services will be held. Hartzler Funeral Home, 305 W. Rochester St., Akron, IN, is handling arrangements.
