Brenda Riley

Services for Brenda Riley, 23, of 1321 Fassnacht, who was dead on arrival at 4:02 at Memorial Hospital of a gunshot wound in the head following an apparent argument with a neighbor, will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Clark's Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.

She was a graduate of LaSalle High School. She was born Nov. 5, 1961, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

She is survived by four sons, Gregory, Basil, Corey and Al Jerome Hill, all at home; two brothers, Pfc. David Riley stationed in Virginia, and Horace Riley of South Bend; a halfbrother, James Riley of Chicago; three sisters, Palestine Wheeler of Chicago, Vicky Riley and Hattie Riley, both of South Bend; her mother, Violet Riley of South Bend; and maternal grandparents, Beatrice and James Wheeler of Henning, Tenn
