John Harry "Sonny" Czuk, Jr

May 2, 1952 —June 15, 1999 

John Harry "Sonny" Czuk, Jr. 47 of South Bend, Ind., passed away at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 15 in Memorial Hospital. Mr Czuk was born on May 2, 1952, in South Bend, and was a lifelong resident.

He was employed as a truck driver for CSI Logistics. Mr. Czuk was an avid fisherman and a member of the P.N.A. Fisherman's Club. 

He is survived by two daughters, Cassandra Shea of South Bend and Calian Mary Czuk of South Bend; two sons, John Joseph Czuk of South Bend and Joshua David Czuk of Breman, Ind.; his parents, Evelyn (Leszcz) and John Harry Czuk, Sr., of South Bend, his fiancée, Sue Isso of South Bend; a sister, Gail Ann Martsolf of South Bend; and by a brother Gary Joseph Czuk of Fort Wayne, Ind. 

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 18, in St. John Baptist Church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, where a parish vigil service, will be held at 3:30 p.m. 

Memorial may be made to the John Harry Czuk, children's Fund.
