Carol (Lupresto) Holcomb
August 8, 1957 ~ February 27, 2025
Carol Holcomb (Lupresto) passed away on February 27, 2025, in South Bend, Indiana, at the age of 67 after a short but courageous battle with cancer.
Born on August 8, 1957, in South Bend, Indiana, Carol spent her life surrounded by family and those she loved. She was known for her strong will and unwavering spirit, embodying the phrase "tiny but mighty." Despite her small stature, she had an immense heart filled with love for her children, grandchildren, and extended family.
Carol is survived by her daughter Kelly Holcomb and her son Chad Holcomb. She also leaves behind her brothers Michael Lupresto, Rocco Lupresto, Andi Lupresto, and Tony Lupresto. Her legacy continues through her five grandchildren—Isaiah Blassingame, Donovan Blassingame, Audrey McClurken, Aiden Holcomb, and Abby Holcomb—as well as her great-grandchild Sadie. Additionally, she is remembered by her nephews Josh Lupresto and Michael Lupresto.
She was preceded in death by her brother Pat Lupresto; her parents Rocky and Alberta Lupresto; and a grandchild, Adam.
Carol found joy in spending time with family, cherishing every moment shared with those closest to her. She enjoyed dining out and occasionally trying her luck at the casino. Above all else, she wanted her family to know how deeply she loved them.
Her strength and love will be dearly missed but forever remembered by those who knew them. May their memory bring comfort to all who mourn their passing. A celebration of life is pending.
