Tammy A. Freeze

SOUTH BEND Tammy A. Freeze, 29, of 2506 W. Bertrand St., died about 1:55 p.m. Sunday in Memorial Hospital after an illness.

Miss Freeze was born June 12, 1960, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. She is survived by a son, Steven S. of South Bend; a sister, Tracy Harradon, with whom she made her home; two brothers, DeWayne and and James, both of South Bend; and her parents, Taffy and Darwin Freeze of South Bend.

A brother, Richard, died in 1973.

She was a member of Calvary Temple.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hollis-Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Bremen Cemetery.
